Job Details

• Perform physical exams and evaluate/manage patient care
• Create and implement treatment plans
• Take medical and social histories
• Prescribe medication and document encounters
• Provide continuity of care for both new and follow-up patients
• Maintain compliance with clinical procedures, rules, and safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians and assist when needed
