Salary $104,000 - $176,000 per year

Job Details

• Deliver specialized women’s health care in collaboration with physicians
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
• Utilize EHR and other clinical systems proficiently
• Support organizational quality measures and participate in department goals
  
  

Skills You Need

• Current Connecticut APRN license and DEA/narcotic registration eligibility
• Proven ability to deliver culturally competent, evidence-based care
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills
• 1–2 years of experience in ambulatory or urgent care settings preferred
