Position Description

A well-established healthcare services organization in Harlem, NY is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their growing Cardiovascular Medicine team. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality care to adult patients in a collaborative and supportive outpatient setting.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: Standard business
  • Setting: Outpatient
  • Patient Population: Adult

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care to adult patients
  • Conduct, record, and interpret cardiac stress test results
  • Collaborate with Cardiologists and other clinical staff to develop and implement care plans
  • Educate patients on heart health, treatments, and preventative care
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in an Outpatient and/or Physician Practice setting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in New York State

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Cardiology, especially Stress Testing
