Join a dedicated pediatric NICU team at a major hospital in Philadelphia. This APP role involves a mix of weekday nights and weekend days, offering robust procedural experience and exposure to complex neonatal cases. You’ll join a collaborative team with excellent clinical leadership and resident support.

Position Highlights:
• Base pay to $139K base salary
• Full spectrum of neonatal procedures: intubation, lines, PICC, blood draws
