Barton Associates is seeking a skilled Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens position in Pennsylvania. This 120-day assignment begins on 06/16/2025, with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, primarily conducting home visits to geriatric patients aged 65+ with chronic care issues. The role involves providing primary care services, including medication management, ear wax removal, and skin tag removal, in both private residences (85%) and assisted living or elderly group homes (15%). The NP will also be responsible for fielding S-BAR calls throughout the day from the urgent care line, with a 24-hour turnaround for non-emergency cases and immediate response for emergencies.
