A leading pediatric healthcare facility in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Critical Care (PICU) Nurse Practitioner to join its Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment with a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Position Highlights:

  • Salary Range: up to $150,000
  • Advanced Procedures: Intubation, Line Placement, Chest Tubes, and more

Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical care management in a high-acuity pediatric environment
  • Perform advanced procedures and support complex medical cases
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists in a multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in education, quality improvement, and research initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing required
  • PA Registered Nurse & CRNP License required
  • Experience in Pediatric Critical Care preferred
  • Strong procedural and leadership skills
